Eric Shannon, Kilmaley, Co. Clare, and late of Kilbronogue, Schull, Co. Cork. Eric passed away suddenly but peacefully while in his native county. Cherished husband of Catherine and dear father of Andrew and Sadhbh. Deeply regretted by his wife Catherine, son Andrew, daughter Sadhbh and their mother Anne. Eric will be lovingly remembered also by his step-daughter Donna, his granddaughter Charlotte to whom he will always be known as ‘Gaga’, his brother Alan, sisters Linda and Ann, sisters-in-law Christina and Geraldine, brothers-in-law Jimmy and Liam, his nephews, nieces, relatives, his large circle of friends, those who encountered him on his journeys and especially his work colleagues at Martin Ryan Haulage Ltd.
